Party eyes in five minutes with Jane Iredale's Starry Eyed set

The Starry Eyed set is the eye set in Jane Iredale's 2026 festive collection: Lash Fixation Length and Definition Tubing Mascara in Black and two mini ColorLuxe Eye Shadow Sticks in Moonstone and Prima. It is built for one situation, which is getting from desk to dinner using the mirror in the car park. Here is the routine.
Minute one: Moonstone over the lid
Twist the stick up a little, no more than you need, and apply the colour directly to the lid, as the brand suggests. Our way is to take it from the lash line up to the crease. Blend with a fingertip while it is fresh. The formula goes on as a cream and sets to a powder, so work one eye at a time.
Minute two: Prima for depth
Jane Iredale's own instruction covers three uses for the stick: shade the lid, highlight the inner corner or brow bone, or trace the lash line. Our way for a party eye is Prima along the outer third of the lid and into the crease, softened with a finger, then traced along the lower lash line for more definition.
Minutes three and four: the mascara
Place the brush at the base of the lashes and pull up through them to lift and separate. If you want more intensity, add a second coat while the first is still wet; that is the brand's own instruction for this mascara.
Minute five: check and go
The mascara has a smudge-resistant formula, so you can skip the under-eye clean-up. Twist the shadow sticks down until they click and replace the caps.
Taking it off
This is the part people buy tubing mascara for. Saturate the lashes with warm water and use gentle pressure, and the little tubes loosen and slide off. No rubbing, and nothing left on the pillow.
