Is this genuine Pure Fiji?
Yes. Verdo Cosmetics is an authorised Pure Fiji stockist in New Zealand. Every product is sourced directly from the official distribution channel and stored at our Parnell, Auckland location.
How long does NZ shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days from Auckland. Most NZ addresses receive delivery within 2–4 business days. Auckland metro is often next-day. See our Shipping & Delivery page for full details.
Do you offer NZ-wide shipping from $10?
Shipping is $10 to Auckland, $11 to the rest of the North Island and $13 to the South Island, with rural addresses $15 to $18 and Waiheke $20. Click and collect at 245 Parnell Road is free.
What is your returns policy?
Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Opened or used skincare cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, except in cases of product fault. Full terms on our Returns Policy page.
Can I pick up in store?
Yes. Click & collect is available at our Parnell showroom (245 Parnell Road, Auckland). You’ll receive an email when your order is ready.
